Georgian Dream Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze met with Tiny Kox, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, in Strasbourg.
Irakli Kobakhidze congratulated Tiny Kox on his election to the position of President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for a second term. Tiny Kox, in turn, thanked Irakli Kobakhidze for his support.
It was noted at the meeting that the Council of Europe fully supports Georgia in the process of implementing the 12-point plan. The progress made in the area of reforms in Georgia was emphasized. The discussion also touched on the ongoing political processes in the region.
In addition to the head of the ruling party, the meeting was attended by Georgian Parliamentary Delegation Head Irakli Chikovani and Georgian Ambassador to the Council of Europe Tamar Taliashvili.
